I cannot recommend Barclay public adjusters enough! After hurricane Ian, I thought that I could handle the insurance process by myself considering the photos and evidence of damage seem to be very clear. Unfortunately, my insurance company did not feel the same. Alex and team were absolutely amazing! There were many frustrating moments that Alex was able to mitigate and talk me off the ledge from which was beyond his scope of work, but that is the care and compassion that they provide knowing that anyone dealing with this type of devastation can be completely overwhelmed. The final result was more than I could have hoped for.

Barclays Public Adjusters was a life saver. When the pipes burst within my walls, it caused water  damage in three rooms. My insurance company sent out a representative, followed by a check for $1,500 (which did not cover the materials).  Rolando Valdes and the Barclays personnel were true professionals. Rolando dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. He was always punctual and informative.  I was able to replace my pipes, walls, and floors!
